For the 12th annual year the Metropolitan Detroit Veteran’s Coalition (MDVC) will be hosting the annual Veteran’s Day Parade in Downtown Detroit. The parade will start at the intersection of Jefferson and Shane, go along West Jefferson, and then end at Hart Plaza the same time as the 4Star 4Mile Race (approximately 1PM).
The parade’s objective is to increase the public’s awareness of the sacrifices all veterans, their families, and the brave men and women serving in our armed forces have made and continue to make for our great nation. It also gives our citizens the opportunity to come and show their gratitude for those soldiers’ service.
You won’t want to miss the incredible groups represented to honor America’s Heroes! Visit www.detroitveteransdayparade.org for more information.
